1. Scope

By using the website and submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not make reservations.

2. Reservation, confirmation, and availability

• Tours are subject to availability. A booking request does not guarantee a confirmed reservation until we confirm it.
• We may confirm by email or through the booking status on the website, subject to the selected dates and package.
• If any essential details are missing, we may request clarification before confirmation.

3. Information about the seller (e-commerce)

For tours arranged/sold online, you can identify our business details. In accordance with Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" № 675-VIII, Стаття 7. Правовий статус продавця (виконавця, постачальника) товарів, робіт, послуг в електронній комерції, we provide the following information about the seller:

4. Distance contract pre-contract information (consumer)

If you book a tour online as a distance agreement, you are entitled to pre-contract information, including clear identification of the business/entity. This is provided in line with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 3153-IX, Стаття 17. Право споживача на інформацію у разі укладення договору поза торговельним чи офісним приміщенням або дистанційного договору.

5. Personal data and privacy

We process personal data you provide during booking or communication. Any handling of personal data on the site must comply with Ukrainian personal-data rules. For this, we rely on Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 2297-VI.

If cookies, analytics, or marketing involve personal data, you should review any cookie and privacy notices presented during use of the website.

6. Payments

• You will be charged according to the confirmed tour price and payment terms shown during booking.
• If a payment fails or is incomplete, we may cancel the reservation.
• All amounts are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

7. Cancellations and changes

• Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee depending on how close to the tour start date you cancel.
• Some services (e.g., accommodation, transfers, or third-party reservations) may have non-refundable components.
• We may offer an alternative date or adjusted itinerary when feasible.

Your exact rights and any applicable fees are determined by the terms shown during booking for the selected package.

8. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, force majeure circumstances, travel disruptions, or actions/omissions of third parties.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Ukrainian law.

9. Acceptable use

• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the booking process.
• You must provide accurate booking information and contact details.
• You are responsible for keeping your booking confirmation information and for attending as scheduled.
